ICAP Alumni Event at COP31
ICAP alumni and others interested in emissions trading are invited to an informal reception on the margins of COP31, the UN Climate Change Conference, taking place in Antalya, Türkiye. The reception will be held at the EU Pavilion on November 18, 2026, from 18:30-20:00 local time and will offer a space to reconnect with fellow alumni, meet colleagues working on emissions trading, and strengthen the global ICAP alumni network.

Since 2009, ICAP training and capacity-building activities have connected policymakers and practitioners from around the world through summer schools, regional training courses, ETS masterclasses and other formats. The current EU-funded project phase (2026-2028) continues and expands these activities under the auspices of ICAP.
The ICAP Alumni Event at COP31 will take place on Wednesday, 18 November 2026, from 18:30 to 20:00 at the EU Pavilion in the Blue Zone in Antalya. The reception will provide an opportunity for alumni to reconnect, exchange experiences and meet other colleagues interested in emissions trading and ICAP capacity-building activities.
Registration is not mandatory but helps us plan the event. As part of the registration form, participants whether they are ICAP alumni and, if so, which ICAP training or capacity building activity they participated in.
