ICAP Annual Meeting in Montréal, 25-27 September 2014

ICAP MEETING: The next ICAP annual meeting will be held in Montréal, Canada, on 25-27 September 2014.

Policy-makers from a wide range of ICAP jurisdictions, ICAP co-chairs and members of the ICAP Secretariat will discuss recent developments in existing ETS as well as future activity prospects. Focus of the meeting will be a two day workshop on technical and political dimensions of linking ETS. The agenda also includes policy updates and discussions on recent and future ICAP capacity building and knowledge sharing activities. The participants will be welcomed by David Heurtel, Québec’s Minister for Sustainable Development, the Environment and the Fight against Climate Change.
